It was such a pleasure working with Lara Olayemi, who provided us with absolutely amazing services. She was extremely professional, detailed oriented and handled all the issues in an exemplary manner. Being amidst COVID-19, working in different time zones, complexity of the deal and dead lines involved, she came out shining by showing she values her customers with her through legal knowledge, very prompt responses, and using technology to keep us in the know and always advocating for us as her customer. She is very knowledgeable of the legalities for commercial deals especially complex situations. What is really amazing is that she was able to explain to us legal terms in a simplified manner and provided us with solutions to move ahead.
Lara was able to take away a lot of our stress with respect to tight closing schedule and managing the expectations of both seller’s legal counsel and us. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We "found" Capstone Law Office through a twist of fate! We were in the middle of a real estate transaction when our lawyer announced his retirement. Just as the panic set in, he assured us he hunted high and low to find the perfect replacement and he did - Omolara ( Lara ) Olayemi
Lara easily took control of the reigns, and in a very friendly yet very professional manner completed the deal. We were totally at ease.
Our next interaction took place recently as we needed to discharge our mortgage.
Immediately, Lara was on top of all the required steps contacting our lender and ISC while always keeping us up to date with the proceedings

I highly recommend Lara and Capstone to anyone needing legal services, and she has won us over for life. Next up is our Wills.
I must also give a shout-out to the office receptionist. She knows what questions to ask when you phone in, so that Lara will have all the details ready for you. She is also very friendly and efficient, not making you feel rushed.
