They respond in a timely manner to helped me get the position that I applied for. Told them I can’t do that and that’s not what we agreed, they got back to me saying that’s what’s its going to be. I backed out because I chose not to be worked like a mule for 14 hours a day. In the end, these staffing agencies are all the same. They tell you whatever to get you on-board, then it’s something else when you start.

Jayln, the staffing coordinator, told me I would get paid for the 4 hours, even after they said my full g class license "wasn't good enough" to drive a van, even though in Ontario it definitely on the mto website that it is good enough. Friday comes around and no pay. I've left voicemail and msgs multiple times since then. She has blocked my number and nobody at capital staffing has bothered to either pay me forbthe 4 hours inwork nor even return a single msg or phone call. Not only that, but they cost me a full time permanent job at another company who's doors I was literally in front of ready to work my first day when jalyn called. By far the worst company I've ever seen with the worst business practices in the industry. Stay away!

Someone that I will keep anonymous had an interview with a worker from Capital Staffing Solutions. They appeared to not know much about the company they were hiring on behalf of. They did not call at the time they said they would call for said interview. Actually, this person had to call the worker an hour after their interview time to see if they still had an interview. This worker didn't even remember their name or what company they were applying to. Recently they received a call from this worker stating that they will call on a certain date to confirm that this person got the job. They did not call on that date.
