★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a low-income family, get onto the BC Housing list and choose CRHC Housing. These are well-maintained housing developments, with rent geared to income, in some excellent locations. All the staff are very approachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a horrible experience dealing with the Administration staff as well as the building at 7:15 Treanor Ave has no insulation so if you like to be woken up in all hours of the night and never get a full night's sleep this is the building for you
