Throughout the entire process, I was constantly updated regarding the whereabouts of my documents, the expected timeline of delivery and exact costs associated. They also responded to all of my questions very promptly and in great detail. Through Michael's help, I was able to get education related documents to global affairs and then authenticated by the necessary consulate in a very efficient and timely manner and can now proceed with the rest of my application to study abroad next year. Additionally, right at the end of the process, there was an unexpected delay, beyond the control of Capital, due to a truckers' "convoy" blocking access to Government offices and causing chaos in Ottawa. . Michael and his team communicated with us constantly and worked really hard to get everything done on time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
C	Cal B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have legalized documents in the past in a corporate environment, so when I needed to get govn't documents legalized personally I knew I wasn't going to do it. This takes a lot of time, even if you do it right the first time. Just not worth it to do it myself. I knew enough from past experience it would be far better to pay for expertise. I then reviewed a few firms and Capital Authentication seemed the best - turned out it WAS! Needed the documents within 3 months of issue, and there was (is?) a problem as Global Affairs - they can take MONTHS, by which time the document would be invalid. Spoke to Michael at Capital Authentication and he knew EXACTLY where there would be an issue and had some ideas on how to get past that - and he did! They found a way with foreign consulate to get it completed in timely manner. Not totally unexpected as they do this for a living so know all the ins and outs. Had documents stamped by the embassy just a few weeks after their issue - in spite of Global Affairs! Even they had issues, but they were able to work through them fast - they do this all the time, so know the system. I am VERY IMPRESSED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND based on my experience - well worth the cost!!! IN hindsight wish I'd used them corporately - cheap compared to my time. Can't say enough good things about the experience!!
