★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CanWest came and installed egress windows for us. We hired them 2 years ago for our first egress (Chase and his colleague), and again to cut our 2 remaining basement egress windows. We LOVED the window they installed last time, and were JUST AS IMPRESSED this time. Clint and his colleague dug out the holes, cut and installed TWO LARGE (2'x4') egress windows in a mere 6 hours. They were exceptionally skilled and did a GREAT job. One window was next to the natural gas line and we feared that it could not be enlarged, but they came and assessed the area, and worked with Alberta One-Call to safely install a beautiful, large window, although it required a lot of hand work instead of using big power tools. We now have SO MUCH LIGHT in our basement, as well as safe egress from the 2 bedrooms and our kitchenette. Thank you very much. Sincerely, the Lopers and Robinsons

It was easy to set up a convenient time for an estimate with Zach and the quote came back on the same day. The quote was good value. The job was done efficiently. The removal team had flexibility to adjust their approach when the second half of my concrete patio was different from the first half. They were considerate to my neighbours and didn't block the lane all day. Very pleasant and professional staff. Would recommend to anyone else.

My experience with the company was excellent from start to finish. I sent an email request on their website and was contacted promptly by a friendly knowledgeable person. They did everything they said they would and more! Their onsite crew was excellent! On time, polite, respectful of my home and yard and kept a clean work area. The service was done accurately and precisely by hand with attention to detail. Absolutely pleased with the entire experience and will use them again and recommend them whole heartedly!
