 Demands money for their pre-rent phony inquiry and refuses to pay back afterwards. Not able to have reasons and no call back or email. In short, beautiful hypocrites fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'enquête de crédit n'est pas une enquête bidon; bien au contraire, elle sert à vérifier si les éventuels locataires ont des dossiers en suspens à la Régie des Loyers, si ils ont un dossier criminel et si ils ont un crédit acceptable … et elle est faite par une entreprise très reconnue. Ce n'est pas une fraude, bien au contraire c'est une sécurité pour tout le monde y compris les autres locataires.
The credit check is not a bogus inquiry; on the contrary, it is used to check if potential tenants have pending files with the Régie des Loyers, if they have a criminal record and if they have acceptable credit… and it is made by a very recognized company. It is not a fraud, on the contrary it is a security for everyone including the other tenants.
