What is CANOPY?
CANOPY is a non profit society registered in Alberta. It is a collaborative network of organizations enhancing services for pregnant and parenting youth.
Our mission is to improve the health and wellness outcomes for parents, children, and the community. By working together we promote youth to become self-sufficient, productive, contributing members of society.
Our vision is for all pregnant and parenting youth to be empowered to become their own agents of change.
How we do it?
CANOPY strives to foster knowledge exchange, sharing and interagency collaboration among service providers for pregnant and parenting youth and to build an evidenced based approach (or best practices) through education and training, which assists member agencies in their service delivery.
CANOPY’s core values are Integrity, Unity, Passion, Wise & Focused Leadership, and Inclusivity.
