★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a couple times for work requirements. And have had two different people. One was excellent and the other quite rude.
I realize people have off days. But the second experience with the rude one was a repeat of the one prior. It seems she assumes everyone that walks through those doors is a crack head. I'm not a drug user, but questioned taking that extra Flintstone vitamin in the morning..... Unfortunately for me, I had a first time experience of being unable to fill above the cup line, received a unnecessary lecture on client expectations... Sorry??? Next time I'll show up when I'm ready or just blow a blood vessel pushing something out that just isn't there. Sat there for two hours. Provided 4oz cups of water every 20 minutes. Practical? I think not. You also can't leave or it's an automatic fail. Two hours pass . Try again. Pockets out....Hat off..... SUCCESS.......Ill be taking my urine else where next time!
