★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff barely knew their product, system takes forever or they can't find it since they can't scan the products. Front staff are not very welcoming or inviting. Someone came in while it was busy, and they left. The guy at the front small desk said "Beggars can't be choosers" and laughed. For opening day they should of been more prepared in my opinion. Id rather go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store rocks! It has the best selection out of any millwoods stores (I've been to all of them). It has a variety of product and prices from amazingly great to unreal, but the high $$$+ that's generally the fault of the producers, not the store. The seasoned staff are always helpful and great with recommendations and the new staff seem to pick it up really quick.
Has a great selection of smoking accessories also! Overall Great ?#420

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place! The staff are friendly but the management is absolutely terrible. They have no respect for people. I was charged twice and after reaching out multiple times in the past two weeks, nothing has been done. Not even an apology. Mistakes happen but the way this has been handled (or not handled at all) is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be going back here.
