Always excellent service from the team at this location, big thanks to the long haired gentlemen I forgot to catch his name who helped me find the perfect ounce today, and even hooked me up with a nice grinder for next to nothing! I’ll definitely be back!!

First of all I'd like to say I LOVE CANNA CABANA... now that being said... I used to frequent this location until this happened. A larger gentleman rushing me and my wife at the front door basically yelling at me about having to have ID because "it's like a bar" well... I'm 40 years old and my wife had her ID but mine was across street in car. I decided to go to Highland location at this point due to the aggressive nature and lack of professionalism shown here. You're not serving me to use in store. NOT LIKE A BAR. Hope to get an explanation but I wont hold my breath and I'll continue to shop at other locations.

I would give them zero If I could. I went to the store for something that I picked online so I knew exactly what I was going in for. I went right too the counter and ask the girl for what I wanted. She went too the back and came back with what I thought was the product I asked for. I paid and was on my way out when I looked at the box and realized it not only was the wrong product but was 40% less THC then the one I asked for. I went back too the counter and told the girl that it was wrong. Where she replied ammediately, I quote" we don't have that one". So she lied to me and sold me the the wrong product knowing that it was wrong. it even had a similar name. I'm pretty sure AGLC would not be happy about it. Then when I ask for my money back she gets huffy and under her breath says. I quote again " Really" . Extremely rude!! Then I ask for my money back on my card and she says she can't do that and has to Give me cash. I don't care what the excuses are if you pay with a card Debit/credit then it's supposed to go back on your card. Why do I have to get interest for something I didn't receive. Or have to go out of my way to put it back in my account and is all her fault for knowing she sold me the wrong product In the first place. Terrible service from the girl that served me. I will never shop here again and I will be reporting this to the AGLC for what could be the severe outcome of selling someone the wrong product! Not to mention the fact that a lot of the products you have online you don't actually have. That's false advertising last time I checked! I hope you figure your stuff out cuz if that had been the other way around (someone wanting 49% and you sold them 90%) they could have got really sick from it!

It's a pretty great store. I do like the employees, products and prices. Prices are even better if you join their club. The last oz I bought was mostly bottom of the bag/small nugs.. which isn't really their fault as the product is sealed.. so I decided to give them 5 stars despite this. Perhaps that's the industry standard cheaper Oz's.

Don't like this location. The last 2 times we ordered there they picked the orders completely wrong. The last time we were there, there was a younger guy who gave us the most horrible attitude. The guy that served us was really good and helped fix up the order that the younger guy messed up. When the guy helping us told the other one he messed up the order, he gave attitude and then walked into the back and said very loudly from the back room "maybe they shouldn't order online then!' Like it's our fault that he picked the order wrong. The funniest part is, 10 days after we picked up our order we received an email from this store saying that our order is ready for pickup. Not going back to this location. Canna Cabana is awesome, just not this store.

such a great experience! was in a rush and Fernando helped me find what I wanted with just asking me a few simple questions! also got me a discount for signing up with them! great first experience very happy, will 100% be back! also the late night hours are a huge convenience if you work late nights like I do, also Jon was very nice as well ?
