Staff. front desk (I believe she is front desk Supervisor)although I feel(as do over 3/4 of other employees and ex employees) that this front desk person, deserves and had more than enough experience ,to be Manager or at least asst. Manager. I don't believe it fair to bring in someone who required extensive training from said front desk as well as some of the housekeepers on how to run front desk!!!! So when others would arrive for their own shifts they'd have to repair "Karen's" errors first! But I guess that's what happens when the Manager is brought in from another city, although others with more experience and training lives in Rocky, and said Manager brings friend also from another city, to be assistant and then Canalta is paying for 2 personnel rooms to live in!!! Why not keep ROCKYS JOBS IN ROCKY!?!? Especially when the person has more experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rocky Mountain House Location is a horrible place to work. Managers do not manage, good people, but lack doing their job in inventory, making other employees do the managements jobs. Management takes every weekend off. They also don't care if you booked days off, will still schedule you to work and expect you to still show up. Rocky is also a small community so word is already out that no one wants to work there full time or a long time. The revolving door will not stop till Managers listen. As well Karen lives up to the name Karen, and has no sympathy towards coworkers, and majority of staff cannot stand Karen! Managers need to have a meeting with their higher ups to have a spanking for bad attitude!
