They have a new leasing agent, who is not competent. Firstly, she has forgotten about our arranged meeting, we had to wait for her. She showed us three apartments (two 1bdr and one 2bdr) and could not answer common tenant's questions. Secondly, she said us the prices for each of two 1bdr ap. and promised in two days to email the price for the 2bdr and answer our questions. However, In four days she answered some of our questions and increased the prices for 1bdrs, which already were told. Thirdly, in five days days after we met, she said that we couldn't live in a 1 bdr at all, because there are two adults and a 2-year-old kid. She knew before the first meeting how many people were going to move, besides does the agency have the right to decide how many bedrooms a family with a small child needs? No customer service at all! No alternatives were proposed! Just, sorry and good luck!

I've lived here for a little over six months and have nothing but good to say. From property manager Campbell & Haliburton's staff to caretakers Gale & Dean, they are all so responsive to tenant inquiries. The building itself is quiet and well kept. Lobby was updated a few years ago, as are all the suites as folks move out. Security is good, outside parking nearby. Location can't be beat, between downtown and Wascana Park, and also near the little Broadway strip with grocery store. Shoppers Drug Mart and 7-11 one block away. All manner of salons and spas in the Transition neighbourhood. All appliances are new, air conditioning works, balcony and sunset is a bonus.

Really nice apartment building (more impressive inside than it looks from the outside). * Well maintained, * spacious rooms, * Well ventilated and heated, * Concrete building Things I didn't like much: * narrow elevator lobby space so you can't exactly take bigger furniture's to the service elevator, you gotta use stairs * Coin feeding older washing machines, makes your clothes wear out faster * Used to have a pool table but took it away recently from the common room * No covered parking
