I	Ian Fee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Owen Sound store on Friday Dec 17th with my two small kids. I had 2 associates helping me and both were great! My son reached into my pocket and pulled out a toy at the same time my money fell out of my pocket unbeknownst to me. It took me about 3 hours to realize the money was gone. I phoned into the store with little hope that the money had been turned in. Lori W, an associate at the store had handed it in. A	Adam Deutsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A standard Canadian tire experience. The store was unorganized and cluttered. The store was relatively clean, however a lot of shelving was messy. The staff members were all friendly, and helpful which definitely helped my experience. Wasn't able to find the product I was looking for which was a unfortunate.

There are trying to be a dollar store with candy, gift bags, cheap little stuff all over and it is now so packed and disorganized, you can't find anything. The staff are so overwhelmed, they can't find anything either, although they try if you can find a staff to ask.

Can't browse with out being harassed for 15 minutes and accused of stealing by the owner than followed all around the store to the point I'll never go there again. #canadiantire treats people with a disability. #discrimination
K	KNW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very old ignorant short lady that works as cashier... doesn't let me say a word to why I was there...clearly with visible ID,U can tell I'm a tow truck operator and I was dropping off keys and car for customer. She then calls my work saying me and girl with me was being rude,that girl works with you and lockers are beside each other,but you didn't know who she was... REALLY. So that's how #canadiantire treats people with a disability. #discrimination

J	J Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curbside pickup staff are fantastic. Friendly and helpful. They get 5 stars. The corporation Canadian Tire gets a 1.5. I ordered online, and specifically ordered over $80 as I had a coupon for $10 Canadian Tire money. One of the items was not available, but the order was processed and I received an email confirmation that my order was ready. Nearly 2 hours later I received another email letting me know that the one item was not available and if there were concerns there was a toll free number to call. I called and explained situation and asked if I could add to the order or somehow get my $10. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite, but let me know that I had no recourse. After the order is processed nothing can be changed I was told. To add insult to injury I just received an email offering $8CT if you spend $80. I am VERY displeased.
