K	Kassandra Manship on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a bike for my son and didn't realize it would be way to big for him (my fault for not measuring better). as i did curbside pick up i was told that i had to take the bike and would not be able to return it until the 2nd of June. I thought this was odd so i called corporate and was told that they could of canceled the order but because i took it there was nothing that could be done. worst customer service i have received from any Canadian Tire...
A	Adam Holt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just when you thought the customer service couldn't get any worse. We call in to see how to order. The man told us to ignore the time on the website and that it would be about an hour. We drove over an hour to get here. We have now been waiting an hour. We have been the only one sitting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes at a time. No person will give us our pump. They use coronavirus as an excuse to offer even worse customer service.
J	John King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy many of my power tools here. Watch for the sales. About once a year most tools will go on sale at a lower price than the other sales. Update Mar 17/ spring stock is arriving. Isles are packed full staff working hard to move to shelves.

My veteran daughter was made to leave the store when trying to pay for service done on our vehicles! We had never been denied entry into the store over this past year and a half until now! Whenever anyone asked us about wearing a mask, once we said we have a medical exemption, we were left alone as it should be! Yesterday, a cashier and the manager verbally attacked my daughter, ignored her medical exemption, angrily telling her to leave, offering her no way to pay for the work done on our vehicles leaving us with them trapped at the store! My daughter was berated in front of several customers! When another employee tried to help my daughter pay, Christine yelled at him in front of customers, yelling that my daughter was not allowed in there! I spoke with Adam on the phone while I was still in the parking lot who claimed he was following Renfrew County Medical Health Unit’s recommendation to not allow people who don’t wear masks into his store except that the other part of their recommendation is that medical exemptions are allowed and we cannot be denied entry! I pointed that out to him but then he claimed because it was a private business, he could decide who he let in the store! I explained the inaccuracies to that statement because he is licensed by the government to sell to the public and we are the public and that he was discriminating against us for out medical conditions! He disagreed and ended the call!

First time I walked the entire length of the store 4 times before I found someone, second time I finally found what I needed by myself and today I left without buying paint (can't shake itself) and went just down the road to buy it somewhere else. I'm going to stop going there, it's frustrating!

C	Cherie Duncan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat tire out on Hwy 17, driving from BC to Ottawa. Needed new front tires. Called the store and they had one set of my tires in stock. Even though they were booked solid for 3 days they squeezed us in so we could get back on the road. We arrived on the tow truck and were out of there in less than 45min. Amazing service & super friendly. Thank you for saving the day!
