D	Dee vK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So just called the numbet advertised and asked for automotive and was told ... and I quote "you will have to call them direct, I have no time for that, I am sorry, I am busy" and ahe hung up with a slam. Well datling... I WOULD have if the number had been listed but it wasn't sooooo I am just going to take my business elsewhere ... a few thousand dollats lost due to ignorant customer service.

A	A AR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today(July/20/2014) I got out of my mothers suv to pump gas for her. I filled to the requested dollar amount and went to go inside and pay went all of a sudden the gasbar attendent ran out to th suv and said to me oh this is your suv and then walked back in. I said to him you thought I was going to still gas? He said oh no I didn't think that I was going to assist another suv. Then why did he run quickly to my moms then went back inside? I told my mother and she went in side and heard everything through the window. He didn't even bring up the story he made up once. He said we looked like we were theives, said we attempted to drive off, and was going to stop us. One I had just finished pumping gas 2 sec before he came out. Two I had a payment card in my hand clearly visible, three I never went to enter back into the SUV. I refused to go to that station because of comments made by the staff that were age discrimative. He judge us when we did nothing wrong and paid like we always have even with the ridiculous gas prices. Just because we were white was an indirect comment he made. DO NOT BUY GAS FROM HERE. Worst service and is why I never go here anymore and now my mom and bro and now my dad will not buy gas from here. I'm a loyal battleford/Erin mills Petro gas buyer because of their great service, now my parents and bro have switched to Petro Canada. Both companies prices are the same and are down the road do not bother buying from this company service is horrendous. Avoid this gas station they are charging the same price as the big oil companies(shell/Petro/Esso) just go to them instead if you don't want to be accused when you haven't done anything wrong.
o	oldideasnewconcepts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gas pump malfunctioned and took my money. Employee was so inept and rude he couldn't figure out what happened and instead threatened to call the cops. Figure that eh, takes my money and they threatens to call the police. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and the powers that govern Canadian Tire. It seems to me if a machine can malfunction and take my money it's the duty of the employee to be able to refund it. Not come screaming at me in the parking lot because he didn't like that I made fun of his name after I was so exhausted with his lack of ability to do anything. He actually threatened to call the police over butt hurt. It would be nice if these places started hiring based on merit and not on who knows who.

Three times this past year I've gone to this station before the advertised closing time only to find it already closed. I once went to the station 20 minutes before the advertised closing time and found the attendant closing up. When I asked why I couldn't buy gas, she told me that they "ran out of gas". Seriously.... they ran out of all three grades of gas just before the end of the day?
R	Randy Crowley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gas prices at this location and other gas stations in this area are always higher than prices at stations close to Costco at Mavis and Britannia. The Canadian Tire location at Britannia and Mavis are always cheaper than this location. It shows what competition does. They can charge lower prices like there other location they choose not to.
