They need to get a better management on there out of stock items

Selection is limited to size of store. However, the location does its best to accommodate a growing population.

As many times before, advertised clearance item says they have stock, but they don't. When you tell them they should change the website they don't. Just a scheme to get you in the door.

Still not too crowded for my wheelchair as far as other shoppers goes, but too much merchandise in isleways to allow for easy passage thru them. I always find what I came for and more!! Only Customer Service still taking customer's orders. They 1e if there is a large order and at least another 3 people waiting in line.

I ordered two breakers from Humboldt Canadian Tire. I was completely surprised they had them as they have been on back order for a long time. The service was incredible. Very fast at shipping and excellent service I received. I highly recommend buying from them as I do for most Canadian Tire stores .

Store hours should be kept updated and current at all times. This website shows closing time as 8:00 pm on Friday, but the store was already closed when we made the special trip to the store just after 7:00 pm. ?‍♀️

Had to come for a road trip because this location had a "battery daddy" for sale directly in store. Also had a super deal on Paderno cookset 75% off. Sale price $179.99!! Darlene took the time to explain the order even though it was lunchtime!!

Terrible service. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My parents, who are not as young as they once were, drove almost 2 hours to buy an air conditioner unit. They didn't get the one they were hoping for, but they were initially happy with the one that the sales representative convinced them to buy. Upon arrival home, it worked fine for maybe an hour until it started to emit a loud grinding, screeching sound. Being a repair man for 50 years, my dad removed the cover to see what the problem was. Upon closer inspection it was obvious, even to me, that the plastic housing around the fan had been broken and was sitting slightly pushed in, causing the fan to rub and squeal. This alone was not enough to earn the (less than) 1 star review Things get dropped and broken, sometimes before they even reach the retail store itself (I work in retail, I understand), it happens. But when my parents brought the unit back for a return (again, 2 hours each way) the customer service representatives said that they were lying, said that my parents must have dropped it (also a lie), and refused the return. They then accused them of attempting to return the same unit shortly before that, which was a blatant lie as they had not even driven to Humboldt in months prior to buying the unit. In every retail environment that I have ever worked at if I had displayed this kind of customer service I would be written up, and if it continued I would be fired. I am completely and absolutely disgusted with this experience, and that they would treat my parents in such a deplorable way. My parents are honest, hard working people. They always have been. To be accused, and demeaned like this is beyond unforgivable. I am attaching pictures to show some of the damage (there were a LOT of things broken inside once we took a closer look). After they refused their return we saw no reason not to take it apart completely so that my dad could at least attempt to salvage something out of the 700 dollars, and 8 hours worth of driving that the Humboldt Canadian Tire wasted. Also, in case Canadian Tire has this removed from their google account I will be saving this entire post, pictures included, and also will be putting it as a shareable Facebook post, and I will be sending it to every retail watchdog agency that I can. This is beyond unacceptable, and this story will not stop here.
