S	Scottie “Scot” Weatherup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent store with decent pricing. Good variety of products. A lot of people though drying pandemic ...maybe that should be checked / counted.

You ask them for a product they say an aisle, you go it's not there so you ask another employee they give you an aisle, it's not there... like please train your employees properly. Some are super lazy and with attitude when you ask them questions, it's not right from service.
D	Dimitra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is non-existent. Employees all seem mad to be doing their jobs. As long as you don't come between them and their etched in stone policies, you may enjoy walking into a store where you can feel the presents of costumers passed.
D	Diego Solano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on the neighbourhood and thought it had been a while since I’ve sharpened my ice skates, so I stopped by the store, found the section quickly and they put my skates into a machine. I don’t know how precise this machine is or if it’s even calibrated, but the next time I was on the ice, skates felt worse than before the sharpening, I think they should feel better / smoother, so I guess they did a bad job, I don’t think there’s a solution but to skate it out and get them sharpened at other place, but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back here for sure

I went to have a single tire replaced which they told me should be 20 minutes and it took over 15 minutes to even be greeted at the front desk. At that point I didn’t have enough time to wait an additional half an hour so I decided to reschedule. As I was walking away the service agent loudly said, she’s not getting it done and he and the other agent started laughing. Kinda felt misogynistic? Would not recommend going here.
A	A. Long on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service! They do not stand up to their products. Went there on Sunday to return a purchase that I made and the employee didn’t want to accept it. I purchased it one day prior to returning and it was never used ! I was asked to speak to the manager and manager came and looked at me and said sorry can’t be returned . No apology whatsoever. I went to Canadian Tire in Laval and they made the return right away no questions asked. They lost a good client. Will not be returning there.

We’ve been to plenty of them but the one at Marché Central is somewhat the closest to where we live so it is the main one where we go. We go there A LOT (up to twice a week). I had some “incidents”. What I mean is “sometimes things happen” but they always ALWAYS found a solution. Richard at the mechanic and I think David (not sure if his name is David, I’m sorry about that because I sincerely think he is amazing) are always super honest with me and they explain to me the issues and we worked everything out. I am beyond satisfied and would definitely recommend it all!
M	Mayuran Murugaiah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am still inside the shop 1:02pm on 20/05/2021 and this guy in the paint section I asked him help for paint for wood and he was really rude with my wife and I, And just want us to get a way from there. The respected responsible people have to take action against to these kind of unfit people in the customer service. It’s so embarrassing to me standing. I think we as a customer deserves better respect.. NOTE : Not everyone are like this Thank you…✊?
