Being bilingual and fluent in French, I was firstly approach by a very rude and unprofessional person called Trevor. This was the preliminary step where the company typically assessed an individual's ability to speak French. Trevor had all the information regarding who he was contacting regarding this preliminary French test. First of all, he called me and mentioned someone else's name (completely inattentive and disorganized). He was very brash and superficial in his conversation and you could tell he just wanted to get the conversation over with. His French was not clear as it was not a purely French dialect. This was enough to turn me off from this person which was a very poor and unprofessional representation of the company and its services.

The problem I have with this training is that it is one-size-fits-all. You sign up for a course and you sit beside someone who sells insurance, the person beside them sells furniture, the person beside them sells cars and so on. These are all completely different sales Cycles so what you wind up getting his two to three days of generic Theory all of which you could find on the internet for free. You may leave motivated with a couple of tips at best. The prospecting Parts taken straight out of their manual are literally a joke. Any sales professional that's ever prospected that reads this material would laugh. I have great difficulty believing anyone training this material has ever had sales success on the front line. My opinion is that it's just a bunch of sales managers and management with impressive beefed up resumes telling people what they think a sale should look like but have never walked the walked and talked the talked with extreme success for years and years. I don't want my manager who did sales for a year-and-a-half and then got into Management to be the guy training me how to get sales, I want someone who has had extreme success and done sales for decades on the front line teaching me. Real things that work not generic theory that I can find on YouTube for free.
