Participating in the four-day group of the Rocky Mountains, the tour guide Roy is very humorous, with high emotional intelligence and knows too much. It’s really lucky. Andy’s driving is also very good, but the road is far away but very smooth! According to my parents, the tour guide was very rude and kept criticizing the country that his customers are from which made my parents feel very uncomfortable. The meals including in the tour that we paid extra for was not good as well. I booked this trip as a gift to my parents. It turns out it was a huge disappointment. I will never book any tours with this travel agent anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the Canadian Rockies 7 day tour. Tour started off from Vancouver. Very happy with the service and the tour guide Charles Chan was so professional and show so much patience and passion in conducting his duty and service.
I would highly recommend anyone to book with Grand Holidays and their appointed coach line PJ Link or Pacific Jet Link.
Problem I found with guided tour is that the travel agency assigned the group to a coach company which provide transport and tour guide.
The worse part is if you are passed on to a unprofessional and money hungry tour guide which could ruined your entire trip. That happened to me with LL tours on the New York / Canadian tour. Never ever do a tour with them and find out first with the travel agency who they used on your guided tour.
