★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously the manager is unfamiliar with the Covid rules or does not have any common sense - children under 12 are not included in the one person per household rule and are not required to "stay outside" Who in their right mind would think that is even a rule.... excuse me ma'am - leave your 2 year old outside whilst you shop - WHAT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An elderly woman shopping here today stated that she was wearing a face shield rather than a mask because of her COPD. Employee checked with manager who informed the employee that all customers had to wear masks. The elderly lady left the store. Manager was not wearing a mask herself. Way to treat your customers!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was doing some shopping and a woman and her young toddler daughter were trying to come in the store. The ladies at the front were trying to do their best, they weren't 100% sure on the rules and went to find their manager, the manager refused to come out and just kept saying the daughter couldn't come in with the mother and would have to stay outside.. totally unprofessional and the woman and her daughter left understandably angry. 0 stars for how they handled the situation and how the manager wouldn't come to the front to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love thrift shopping but the staff at this location (St.vital) are horrendous, in particular two older women, I feel anxiety when shopping in this store because of there actions. They should be investigated and fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the ghetto Goodwill. Literally saw a fight breakout in store and move outside where men fought in front of entrance. Prices are always unreasonable and staff aren’t that pleasant. They now insist you drop off around the side and only between certain hours. Sorry, not sorry: if you’re getting FREE donations perhaps pricing affordably and showing some gratitude towards patrons rather than inconveniencing them with petty rules will have loyal customers returning. Beggars can’t be choosers.
