I look forward to begin my instructor rating training with Canadian Flight Academy when a spot becomes available. And hopefully I will have the opportunity to be part of the CFA team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for the most expensive flight school in Ontario to venture into flight training. Congratulations! You've found it right here. $90 per hour for the instructor & a whooping $190 per hour for the 172. Not to mention they have a wonderful administrator who will assist you immediately with enrollement yet forget your name within the hour. Money is their prime motive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toronto Airways offers a premium experience in comparison to other flight centres in the GTA. Oshawa Exec. Airport is very nice and an asset to general aviation in the GTA. It has professional Air Traffic Controllers, it’s well maintained and has various interesting traffic in/out which makes it very attractive and a privilege to use. They also have very modern and clean facilities, with a good fleet of 172S models, a nice newer twin, which are all cared for by its staff. Sure, it does cost marginally more due to the costs associated with everything I mentioned plus others, but you get a more premium experience and I like it this way because not everyone is looking for a no frills experience. Small things like the service you get before and after your flight from Flight Line goes a long way in terms of customer experience. Being a GA pilot, it represents a good place and I hope it’s stays around and continuously improves for everyones benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping for flight schools in the past year, but Canadian Flight Academy has me sold.
With extensive pandemic measures in place, you are assured that safety is first priority. Every associate is extremely helpful (yes, everyone), and your feel comfortable and genuinely valued.
The interior set up is very clean and each area is thoughtfully organized.
The tarmac is very clean, spacious and disciplined, and there is nothing short of the excitement in the energy that you feel.
I recently took my Introductory Flight with CFI Albornoz, who was very knowledgeable, encouraging and assisted me in every aspect to aide to my enthusiasm and my level of comfort.
And now, I am now happy to report, that I have registered as a pilot-in-training and and excited to begin this new chapter.
