She just hung up on me! Lol wow could have just said “alright goodbye”...

Occasionally, you're going to get good news, despite the built-in obsolesence of printers. I did & didn't have to buy a new unit. The advice you're going to get is honest. The ink cartridges you buy come with a 100% guarantee. It's a small local business that has a 28 year reputation of solid service. Parking at the side and at the back, just past the Car Boyz lot heading south on Watt.
