★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go donate blood everyone. We're all in this together. As long as you book in advance using their website or the app you won't be waiting more than a few minutes. The nurses, phlebos, and intake staff are all top notch and make this a comfortable and relatively painless experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep in mind if you can't get on to a chair/table that at its lowest point is your upper thy then don't bother going in. I have osteoarthritis in both knees. I can't hop onto their chairs. So I couldn't donate blood.
I guess anyone with a cane, walker or joint issue need not apply.
Which is sad because I am O- a universal donor. This blood type is in high demand.
Oh well!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and excellent! Constantly checking on the donors and making sure they're as comfortable and welcome as possible. I felt very safe here and I will do my best to donate as often as I can here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and if you are comfortable about giving blood you should. My not giving them a 5 star is that since Covid is has become very sterile and snacks are limited or must be taken to eat later. A better reward system or encouragement to giving needs to be addressed
