I live in Mission and had to pick up the cooktop in Burnaby warehouse the thing is nobody told me I have to drive more than160km roundtrip to pickup I thought I can pickup at the showroom in Langley where I put the order. Wife changed her mind when I opened the box the next day as the cook top looks too small (there was no any sample when we ordered in the showroom) so I went to the showroom to return it within 24hours picking up, I was told that showroom doesn't accept returns I must return it in Burnaby warehouse where I picked it up, so I drove to Burnaby again at 2pm, the warehouse guy told me I MUST apply for a request for the return from the CAS first and he helped filling in the request I brought the cooktop back to Mission again. I received the email from CAS this morning and said they'll charge 25%for the restoring fee if I return the cooktop even just opening the box within 24hours and I must drive 160km the third time to the Burnaby warehouse to return it. I mean this is the worst shopping experience I've ever had in Canada so far, and I will never buy anything from the CAS unless you are sure NOT to return it.

The reality is that you can do your own Internet search and find reviews for the manufacturers (almost all sales sites have the same review source it seems?). But CAS provides a good site, has good inventory, good service, and good prices - so I purchased without ever having gone into the store or seen the appliances in person. The amazing thing was they delivered and installed the next day and the Electrolux models purchased exceeded expectations in terms of functions, appearance, and build. CAS delivery and set up was quick and well done. So far no issues other than CAS forgot to advise me that a steam connection kit was needed for the steam dryer (hence 4 stars not 5). This seems a silly oversight as they could've sold me something extra, but no big deal, can do that myself for less money. Anyway: Day one, two loads complete (love the quick wash cycle - truly 18 mins!) and all good otherwise
C	Christian Redmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a freezer from here. Drove 3 hours each way to pick it up. When I got it back to my house and unpacked it there was a giant dent (not a big deal). We called to have it replaced and they said they would send a delivery to swap the freezer out. After a couple weeks they told us we would have to drive the 3 hours back to swap the freezer. We have been getting multiple emails a week asking when we will be picking it up. I have explained that we live 3 hours away (6 hours round trip) and it’s not convenient for us to just make a trip for that. I would think they would be a little more flexible given that they sold us a dented freezer.

They were here exactly 8AM.Which I was totally unprepared for. The driver dug right in to help me., and was so courteous, and respectful, and more helpful than you would ever expect. I am a senior 80+, so this kind of treatment has been up till now, only what I remember from the past, not so much in these days. God bless those men.
