★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms, be aware pool and hot tub are no longer open. No breakfast included either. Some rooms along the side which backs up to the gas station will have bedroom windows facing the gas station, which could be noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean and spacious. I decided to book a room here for the sauna. I was disappointed that the sauna, hot tub and pool are not operating, and that the breakfast wasn't included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids and i stay here each time we are in Princeton both before covid and during. I attempted to book for a weekend in April to help my dad rebuild his life and move after the horrendous floods. I booked online as i typically do, and received today a call that i could barely understand due to the person's accent letting me know that Shane (whomever this is) could not accomodate my reservation as we had not made it for our last reservation (which i called to and cancelled, and was due to pandemic travel restrictions.
Extremely unprofessional, rude, and the fact that we as customers should understand their staffing shortage due to covid they should do the same and understand that restrictions change in an instant.
Lots of other places in Princeton to choose from thankfully so ill still be able to help my dad recover from the floods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here many times but now taking issue after our last nights stay, holes around sink haphazardly fixed, no wire to phone, sink plug not working, lamp shade covered with water stains and not working, a few strands of hair in the bed.. I know staffing can be an issue these days but there should always be attention to detail,especially in this industry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for one night. Room was comfortable. You couldnt ask for nicer staff. They set us with a reservation for August when we have our grandchildren with us. Sure hope the pool will be open then.

Lesson learned - do not book in a rush and without checking what is advertised.
No sauna, no gym, no hot tub and no breakfast even though, it says online they are included. For a total of $147 including taxes I feel a bit ripped off. Staff were nice and room was OK.

Though I didn't mind, as I wasn't there for vacation. All 3 rooms were very clean & spacious. The wifi was strong & quick. All staff that I made contact with were friendly. Pathways were always clear of snow/ice & the Air units in the rooms worked without fuss.
