★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ever take your Segway scooter for repair here. They don't have a true mechanic, won't respond to your inquiries, and will never even tell you what they're doing.
To further elaborate, we dropped off our scooter here in June, and didn't here from them until August, and that was only after calling ever single day and complaining. Then we were told that the repair couldn't be completed without a part that was the same as the cost of the scooter. We declined the repair, and haven't heard from anyone since.
At this point they have our scooter hostage, and won't answer our calls or give back our product.
0/10. Extremely disappointed. DO NOT GET REPAIRS HERE.
