★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to agree with the previous rating. I too have had nothing but great cooperation on each and every occasion I've been in contact with VAC. The only hang-up I have is when trying to contact VAC through "My Account". However that's a result of my having moved frequently over the past 20 years and having lost my "user name" and Password in the intervening years. Add to this, my personal lack of understanding with Computers and you can understand who is at fault there. Now, I'd have to do everything long hand my snail mail. Not a pleasant thought when you think of the delays in response time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a veteran myself, I know that VAC has had a bad wrap over benefits and programs. I have learned that everything is not as it appears.
They work hard to get us the benefits, and into the programs we apply for and that they feel we will benefit from. I have been very lucky to have great Case Managers that cared and worked on my behalf. In my opinion VAC has done a good job keeping in mind that they are a part of the federal government. So before passing judgement remember whom makes the policies and rules they follow.
