P	Precision Contracting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried calling Canada Trim at least 20 times at different times over the course of the day. I tried at least 4 different extensions and the operator (0) and not one person has answered. I also left a message with the sales department this morning... and nothing. I own a contracting business and have used Canada Trim on several occasions. They have a good business model and quality products, but getting a hold of them has always been a source of anx!
T	Tyrone Dee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a service call and was told the soonest appointment would be two weeks to fix my lock. The technician arrived and 'fixed' the lock. Not long after the technician left the lock stopped working again. Was told I have to wait another two weeks. How is it that I have to wait again when clearly the technician did not do his job! Not impressed with their customer service at all! I would not recommend Canada Trim.
F	Frank D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with Nelson Garcia was the worse experience ever!!! He is unprofessional in so many ways... Tells you what you want to hear when he wants to make a sale and then never replies to your emails, calls or texts. He was referred from a very good friend of mine and I wish he never did refer me to this guy.... Whatever you do, I highly recommend not dealing with him. So many lies were told to me and my wife and it was extremely frustrating dealing with him. Everyone else we spoke at Canada Trim there were great. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM WHATSOEVER!!!!!! TYPICAL "SALESMAN"!
A	Amanda Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered trim from here as this is the company our builder bought from and we wanted the matching ones. At first we didn’t have any problems, but then we installed everything and noticed we were missing a lot of baseboards but had plenty of shoe moldings left which didn’t make sense because we had ordered the same amount of baseboards and shoe moldings. We measured another 3 times and it confirmed that we should have had enough baseboards to finish our project. We politely asked if it was possible that part of our order was missing. They confirmed we had received everything, so we didn’t fight them and simply ordered more, but this time we made sure to measure before installing. To our surprise, it came short by 5 feet. We are now confident that they had not given us all the baseboards we paid for the first time as well. They are either trying to rip people off or they simply don’t know how to measure properly. In addition to this, they provided us with a different height of baseboards in both orders so now our room has some sections with a higher baseboard and others with a lower baseboard even though we paid for the higher baseboards as stated on our bill.

L	Lisa Harding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't speak about the quality because I was unable to actually place my order after nearly 3 weeks trying to reach someone, anyone at the Power Rd location. tried at least two different people (Belson, Erich, Betram) in sales and the office administrator both by emails and phone messages. E The location is not closed - they just don't seem to give a hoot about making sales. Absolutely mind boggling appalling customer service! How do they actually make any money?? And... I always find it suspect when a company either gets all 5 star or 1 star reviews - makes the 5 stars start looking pretty fishy...just saying.
T	Trevor Allard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! Couldn't do basic work. Rescheduled me to come back and fix this with a 4 hour window, never showed up. Re booked me months later... never showed up. Good news is Tarion covers me and I plan on hiring the most expensive company in a month to repair their work and they will enjoy the nice bill! No one answers there phone, not a single person. Biggest joke company I have ever interacted with.

Sylvain (supervisor) plays “hide and seek” game with me. When I do catch him on construction site he promises that “tomorrow” it will be fixed. It has been a year. I will post update here when all issues are resolved.
