The staff here are so sweet, and the post master is the best!

I sent expedite mail early in the morning and Sue was extremely friendly and helpful. She took good care of me and answered my questions promptly. Giving them five stars because of Sue

I checked daily for my package when trying to ask if any had been delivered to my box they kept refusing to help me now it's apparently been delivered doesn't say who picked it up when I proceeded to ask she wouldn't really do anything I feel like my package was stolen well there goes my son's birthday present

The staff at the Magrath post office are unaccommodating, unfriendly and malicious. As a small business owner shipping many packages daily seems to be an inconvenience to the staff. The post master at Magrath stated that she is not paid over time and doesn't want to work past 5pm. She continued to tell me that her boss gets angry at her when her staff work over time, so please don't bring numerous packages before 5pm. The shipping cut off time is 4pm. On a Friday I arrived to the post office around 3:45. I shipped one EMS package that was processed at 3:58 which made it on the truck. I shipped one FedEx package which was processed at 4:08 which did not make it on the truck. Before leaving the post office I asked if the truck had arrived they said no. I ask if both packages would make it on the truck. They said they should! After checking the FedEx tracking number it was still sitting in the Magrath post office. So I went to the post office on Monday morning and asked the post master if my FedEx package made it on the truck Friday? She checked the back and said ( I can't see it so It must have left Friday.). After calling FedEx and Canada Post they confirmed that indeed it was still sitting in the Magrath post office and would leave that evening. I feel the post master deliberately did not put my FedEx package on the truck because on paper 4:08 was past the cut off time, even though the truck had not yet arrived. That FedEx package I shipped weighed 55 grams and cost $93.00 to ship. I understand that there are rules to be followed,but when someone could help you out but chooses not to that's a different story. This is just one of many disappoints I have had with Magrath post office staff. They must be very unhappy people.

I’ll be using other couriers as often as I can. Nothing but bad experience after bad experience here.

Why is this place closed all day on a regular business day without an explanation? Also, very rude staff if they are present and available.

With shipping delays and COVID 19, the staff here have been going above and beyond to keep people safe and informed of their packages. Really appreciate how much they tried to help me keep track of my Christmad packages and figuring out the best costs for shipping internationally. They're doing the best they can with a bad situation lately.
