★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a few items online then was out of the country when they were supposed to be delivered. Canada post in the coop plaza was supposed to hold the items until the 19th of November. When I went to pick them up today the rude clerk working there said they had sent them away already. Nobody could give me a straight answer for this or take responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude customer service reps. Very cranky alllll the time. I am a very nice person. I greet everyone with a smile and the typical niceties. CANADA POST: Teach these people to at least fake it.

I went today with my husband, and the girl that was there around 5:30pm was very rude. In fact, this is the second time we go get our packages and both times left lots to hope from their staff.
I work in customer service myself, and BELIEVE me, I know it can get busy and stressful sometimes...however, you never NEVER take your frustrations or problems to the guests.
They need to know they are giving service and representing a company...at least greet your guests!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent out a package over a month ago and paid extra for express, hoping it would come as soon as possible. I was told that there might be 2 weeks delay due to covid but it's been over a month. I called customer service and went to the actual canada post near me and they couldn't even help me figure out where the package is. I am really frustrated because I paid more for express but it still hasn't arrived until now. I should have just went with the normal price if either options arrive at the same time. I will never go back to Canada post again, so disappointing. If i would've known that it would take months, I should've just went to another courier service. I am never coming back to Canada post, really bad service ??I had another friend ship to the same country as I did but different courier and it arrived in a week, just like what your express claims to do. Terrible terrible service
