★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful post office. The older lady at the front is extremely slow and she gives the wrong information in terms of shipping cost. I went the other day to ask how much something would cost to ship since I had to inform a client and she said it would be an extra $2 for tracking. Then when I actually went to ship it a few days later she said I couldn't add the tracking number to this package and had to upgrade the package for an extra $30. Unbelievable. Then when I ask her how a signature works she replies with "I don't know." I asked her to ask someone else and she just kept fumbling with the computer and never gave me an answer. Wasted 40 minutes waiting for her to serve two customers, she couldn't answer any of my questions, I grabbed my package and left. Total waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two ladies that usually work there are really nice to me and always are willing to help, you have to take into account how much they deal with, but they’ve always done good by me, exactly why I made them my flex address as well

Little crazy how me and a buddy both ordered the same thing at the same time and magically his gets delivered to his house which is farther to the post office then I am? Not happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old hag behind the counter sure likes to power trip on innocent customers, threatening to refuse them their package if they don't cater to her horrible attitude. I've observed a few customers leaving angry as I waited for my turn - it seems I'm not the only one to mention Ms Grump on here. FIRE THE OLD HAG. I'd LOVE to give this ZERO stars.

The front desk lady is very rude, unhelpful and grumpy.
Other Canada post offices in town are way better, I will never come to this place again.
