β β β β β Damaged my mailbox more than once (on camera) and then one time didnβt put up the red flag after putting in mail. Then when I called and inquired about this on Jan 7th 2021 the person on the phone said they take no responsibility for that and now Im facing a $2000 fine just because I received my mail 2 weeks later!
Update FEB 11 2021:
NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT HAVE ANY SHAME IN BEING THE WORST EMPLOYEES THEY ALSO DONT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS MAILBOXES!! As soon as my complaint is in these people are terminated!

β β β β β Manager of this particular office takes zero accountability for wrong mail distributed/received, and habitually so! She is not even empathetic.
Does the bare minimum because going above and beyond is "too much" work. Not a good client experience at all. I hope they change their focus to increase Client Experience for ALL, not just their "favourites"

β β β β β Everytime we go to this post office there is "a staffing problem", and it's closed. No matter whether it's first thing in the morning or at 4 in the afternoon. Hello folks!! People have full time jobs and can't be playing the guessing game of is it open or not? Perhaps it's time to get rid of present staff and hire some people that will actually show up for their shift. Of course it's a government job, so they probably get paid if they show up or not. Hire me I'll show up for every shift I'm scheduled for!!
