By far the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I wish I could give minus stars. I will be going to kemptville from now on.

I ship from there regularly and every single time they charge me way more than if I ship from ANYWHERE else. I believe their scale is broken. I don’t think I’ll be going there ever again from now on.

I ordered 2 things off eBay both from legit sellers that I have bought from before I was told Friday one came in and was out for delivery but on ebay it said it was delivered. This was for a tube I gave them the tracking number and they said it was in the Truck out for delivery. Monday rolls around and I get one package that was supposed to come next week according to ebay and it was my expensive one a engine rebuild kit to be exact. Now they are telling me it was just the one, but I gave them the tracking number for the item I have not recived and they tried to tell me it was the item I recived my eBay tracking number does not match tho and they said their system glitched up and we are still waiting for a Mastercard bill that was some how lost and someone down the street dropped off our mail Idk what is going on but I'm not too happy as I'm told to call back or they haven't gotten it yet. On my eBay it says it was delivered Thursday I bought from the same seller I got stuff from before I know this is a mess up in the post office because it happens 2 timesa month at the very least. I'd just like the item I've ordered as I need it and it said it was delivered Thursday and I was told it was in the Truck on route for delivery at 11 am on Thursday at 6:30 Thursday it was marked delivered and I have not gotten it. Really I'd like my stuff I paid for I know our mail has been mixed up before and yall just talk about the one I already got and it's not the tracking number I gave you so don't try tell me that is the one that's been lost.

Gets the job done, but has posted incorrect hours before, doesn't explain key system to new clients, etc.

Always wonderful service! (until today) I wish they would post their covid hours as they keep changing and I was turned away today very rudely by the staff. All I wanted was my package, which I was supposed to get yesterday but your hours aren't posted and I showed up at 4:02pm to locked doors. The very next morning I check the hours online and it says open at 9am so I truck on over and I see people in there working,,, YAY! only to be disappointed by the lady telling me that she opens at 10am. I reply "Yes I know" (as I can now clearly see the hours on the door) and she walks away! oh lady.... You will not have a happy customer at 10am and this 5 star review is now a 3 because of poor customer service.

Had 2 packages to be picked up. Couldn't be found ... finally after 2 days I got my packages. Had tracking numbers to confirm. More friendly customer service required at this branch!!! Training also required asap!
