If you happen to work out of town then good luck retrieving your mail, because they close at 5PM every day, except for Saturday and Sunday, where they have not opened at all.
As someone who leaves for work at 7AM and gets back at 5PM, this is mind blowingly stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theres one customer service representative... she always have such a serious face!! I dont think thts wht u r supposed do when working for customer support. Always have a smiling face. U need to have a welcoming smile for all the customers rather than such a serious face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had an experience a couple of weeks ago with one employee, I showed her my I.D, she read my last name and I repeat “that’s actually your last name, we thought that was a joke” (laughing) i didn’t stick up for myself but my friend I was with was a by standard and told me afterwards how rude she sounded towards to me. I’m not one to deal with conflict. But, I myself thought that I was treated so rudely and now I’m scared to go back because I’m scared of being made fun of just because of my last name. My legal last name that is.
