S	Sophie Lamy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai voulu aller chercher un colis au bureau de poste, limite de la fermeture, non seulement je n'ai pas eu mon colis mais la cimmis a été audieuse et a gardé mon avis de livraison en disant que mon colis allais être réexpédié le lendemain. J ai eu l avis le Mardi ou mercredi et je me suis présenté le jeudi, je travail a Montréal de 6h a 16h-16h30 selon les jour ée , il est difficile pour moi de me rendre avant 17h. Très mauvais service à la clientèle je vais faire une plaine auprès des plus haute direction. L incident a eu lieu le 11 février 2021 I wanted to pick up a package at the post office, close to closing, not only did I not get my package but the cimmis was audacious and kept my delivery notice saying that my package was going to be reshipped on next day. I had the notice on Tuesday or Wednesday and I showed up on Thursday, I work in Montreal from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.-4.30 p.m. depending on the day, it is difficult for me to go before 5 p.m. Very bad customer service I will make a complaint with the highest management. The incident took place on February 11, 2021

À la toute fin, on m'a remis mon reçu en soulignant que je ne disait pas merci. Beau professionnalisme. The two ladies never greeted me, despite my beautiful hello and they continued their beautiful conversation. At the very end, I was given my receipt emphasizing that I did not say thank you. Beautiful professionalism.

Rien à dire de négatif I only had to go there once to pick up a package that could not be delivered directly to my home and the gentleman at the checkout was very friendly. Nothing negative to say

I'm client too; I often send somethings and speak to them. At each time, they try to help, they try to work fast even it is crowded. Ok they're not perfect But nobody is perfect... So hope we do not hurt our humanity more and let ourselves be more tolerant especially during this hard Covid-19 period.
