★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rural delivery can be disappointing. Currently have a package that has been listed on Canada Post website for past 2 days as being out for delivery, but never shows. Now saying delivery tomorrow. Know they're busy this time of year, but don't send it out if you can't deliver. That also means delivery to my area only 2 days this week! Sister in law has letter in mail box with flag up for pick up. Out Tuesday morning, still there Thursday. No excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service refused to give me my mail addressed to me even with ID. Argued with having to call someone for authorization and they told the service desk they called they do the training for this so they know better. Filled a complaint with her supervisor and will proceed with the filing a complaint with the Canada Post ombudsman. You can do your job you be polite you don't argue and if someone asks you to make a phone call to verify that you're doing the right thing you don't argue and say you're not going to do it.
