B	B C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE!!!! You receive a letter to pick up and they won't give it to you!!! Sorry I don't drive and don't have a license but I provided an abundance of ID and it is clearly me. So, don't bother sending 'pick up parcel' notices to people anymore if you won't even give them their mail! It's my mail!!!!!!! I am NOT impressed! Ugh.

I'll make sure that I'll never visit them again even in case of emergency. You will be spending more money if you are sending something internationally. Beware!

System being down wasn't a problem, things happen, but the blonde old lady with glasses was extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. I tried asking if it was a company wide issue and she gave me such attitude, and didn't answer my question until I had to raise my voice. Will never go back to that location.
T	Teo DeSimone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly some of the worst customer service, rude on most days and I’ve even been mocked openly by the short woman with grey hair and glasses. To the point where she attempted to mock me and my order to my father who is not even comfortable going in anymore. Customer service is not difficult, it can be as simple as a smile but you will receive no such thing here By this woman.
G	Grace Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to frequent this location, as it was the most convenient for me....but I now go out of my way to avoid it, because of the one older blonde woman that works there. The last time I was in line, she almost made the lady in front of me cry....then proceeded to be miserable and ignorant with me, as well....wasn't my first experience with her terrible attitude....though the younger staff have always been pleasant. As one reviewer stated already....dice roll.

The app said notice left at the door after I waited all day for my package. Went to the post office because nobody was answering the phone lines or calling back. Just for them to tell me that I need to wait until after the weekend to get my package.
D	D C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this location for a few years. They are always helpful, courteous and they get a lot of misdirected anger. FYI staff work for Shoppers not Canada Post..... They really can't change the fact your mail person did not ring your door bell, drop of incorrectly dated notices, empty the truck, nor control what can be shipped to other countries. Yet they do hear the complaints all day every day. I have seen it often......... So if you get a polite FU it was probably more then well deserved. The store staff are great they seem to have very little staff turnover which means happy staff, which means good customer service.
D	Dan Lachapelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible lineups all the time and even when they have two workers they only have one helping. The older lady has a lot of attitude and it doesn't surprise me to see other complaints on here about her. Avoid this location if possible.
