S	Steppy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your going to reduce hours... Might want to at least stay open until you say you actually close. Flew there after work to make it 3 minutes early and closed early.. Real nice.

So I unlock it with my key and get my mail with another parcel to be picked up but oh no one is there.......I have had parcels returned because I could not get in to get them...... This Post Office is getting ridiculous.?
E	Erin Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service here is way above average and definitely the small town feel where everyone really does know your name (and address and how much mail/parcels you receive). Any issue I have had (missing parcel, placed in the wrong P.O. Box, etc.) they will and do go the extra mile in locating it and resolving any matter, big or small...Christine in particular WILL solve it and truly cares about her customers beyond what one would ever expect. Unfortunately with the exception of one male employee who should NOT be in the customer service field in any way, shape or form. Despite getting along with everybody and anybody, there is no one who is treated properly by this employee (so I certainly won't be able to win even though I continue to be friendly and say "have a nice day" only to be met with grumblings or ignored) and he/the situation is all too well known around this small town. Also unfortunately, I have had to make complaints about this one person due to the severity of mistreatment and sheer number of incidents for quite literally no reason other than picking up a package. I am still however rating this Canada Post location at a solid 5 stars; the rest who offer such stellar service should not have to pay the price for one very disgruntled, mean (for lack of a better word) and unhappy human being.
C	Cathy Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have received mail 3 times in my mailbox that is not for me...in the past week! And the driver hasn't picked up the latest misdelivered mail. Can I earn a wage if I have to keep delivering to my neighbour?

Went there Tuesday had card couldn't find package, they have given me wrong package only time it ran smooth is when Christine was there
J	Jessica Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had multiple problems with them not delivering a package. We have called to where they have said the driver had it, then the driver said the hub had it. Not only that, I have had a key in my mail box, my tracker said delivered but there was no package. I had to open a ticket to get it delivered. When ever I have had issues and spoke with the representatives they have been rude and condescending. My husband will actually choose the the expensive delivery option when ordering, just so that it doesn't come through our post office.
C	Chloe Mailhiot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It defies all logic that someone who works regular business hours is not able to get their mail because the doors are locked past 5 and they aren't even open on the weekend. I understand the employee services area, but the main mail room?! I literally have to give someone my key and ask them to check my mail for me. The most backward service I've ever come across from Canada Post. Please please please extend your hours. Edit: Eventually, I had someone go to the office on my behalf and explain the situation (since I would never have the time to do so myself). They were willing to give me a key for their outer doors so that I can get in after-hours. Still seems like a flawed system, but at the very least, they were willing to do what they could to help.
