★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, rude cranky staff that are very inconsiderate and near spiteful. Sent our packages back because of incorrect spelling on our last name, even had the audacity to show us the package and tell us we couldn’t have it. Reported to Canada post, and they told us they were supposed to give us the packages with confirmation of ID. Needless to say it was a horrible experience dealing with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and rude staff. There was a mix up with the seller of my package, so instead of being delivered directly to my home, I had to call and make sure they left it at the post office. When I went to pick it up, the woman was snippy and gave me a big lecture. I apologized and explained about the mix up, but she continued on with the lecture as if she hadn't heard me. After the lecture, she slammed the package on the counter, and didn't even check my ID, which I was told was necessary. I get that people can be having bad days; I have them at my job as well. But when I'm dealing with a client, I do it with a smile on my face, no matter what kind of day I'm having. I would rather drive to another town to get my mail, than step foot in this building again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a girl who loves to order online clothes make up etc. And order allot of packages.
So I was very well known to be in the post office every week. They sent my packages back without my knowledge, they had a package on the counter showed it to me and told Me because it didn’t have a box number on it, it was going back. I ordered it from London it took two to three weeks to get there and I payed over $100 for it. Needless to say I never got that money back. This continued and when I finally had enough I said something and expressed my concerns about packages and after that I got very rude and hostel service this continued for the whole year and a half I lived there. The ladies there are very slow and when you get there when it opens in the morning you have to wait till noon to even receive your packages if not later. I was always polite and I am a patient person. And every time I showed up with excitement to get my packages I walked out feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied. It is a hostel place with terrible service...and it’s only a post office somewhere you should never leave the in tears but...yes. Go figure I’ve notified head office for Canada post twice and nothing was done. Be weary of the Rosetown post office. ?
