★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refuse to answer the phones anytime of the day, the message for their voice mail is very unprofessional. This location is dead 99% of the day so why can they not answer the phone? Also very rude in person like I am inconveniencing in some way! Believe me if I didn't have to use this location I wouldn't!!! Real winners over there.

I had dropped a parcel off there two weeks ago, and the tracking is showing that it still there, has not moved.
Very unprofessional
