★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very amazing service!!! The lady at the desk was willing to help me locate a very important lost package - and problem solve any questions I had. They were wonderful to everyone in the building and had polite conversations with everyone trying to send packages during the busy holiday season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely horrible customer service. My situation was handled very immaturely. Two ladies at the desk had ZERO interest in helping me with my problem. I walked out of Canada Post Vermilion today feeling attacked, for simply trying to mail out flyers for a local event. I called ahead and got instructions on how to go about mailing flyers. I went in to mail my flyers and got turned away, I came in the second time and they still said it was not done correctly; even though I had called ahead and got full directions. When I asked for help, they overlooked me and continued to bash me on how they were not organized correctly. They failed to come up with a solution, which ended up with me having to call the individual Canada post office recipients myself and having to give them instruction on how to mail my flyers out to the lovely people in this area.
All while this was happening, I was saddened by the lady being extremely condescending & rude to an elderly man who could not hear very well. Needless to say, I will never come to this post office ever again.
