★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aujourd'hui lorsque jai téléphoner pour demander un renseignement, j'ai tout suite ressenti que je la dérangeait tout le long de l'appel elle est insolente et lorsque vient le moment de raccrocher je l'entend passer un commentaire désobligeant. Très déçus, si tu n'aime pas le travail de service à la clientèle démissionne.
 Today when I called to ask for information, I immediately felt that I was bothering her throughout the call, she is insolent and when the time comes to hang up, I hear her make a derogatory comment. Very disappointed, if you don't like the customer service job quit.
