Unfortunately, we are at mercy to them and are forced to deal with it because it's the only place we can get our mail.

There is one woman there who I seem to have generally good interaction with, however the rest of the staff are extremely rude, ill-informed and seem unwilling to put a little effort in to help with my questions or concerns. I feel at the mercy of this post office as they are the only option for the residence north of Grande Prairie - I hope to see the attitude of the staff rectified in the near future as it makes for a really sour visit whenever I have to deal with my mail.

I have had some amazon packages come and both times I went the post office was closed until the afternoon (no it wasn't during lunch) which is very inconvenient as its a 25 min drive one way for me. Now I call to make sure the gate to the counter is open before coming.
