m	m reed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left a key for parcel in our mailbox. Checked the parcel box and package wasn't there. The only number we can call was absolutely useless, told us they have no way of contacting the local office at all. The only other number we could call led to an andwering machine that basically told us to leave a message but it wouldn't be answered. Really tired of this terrible service that we have no choice but to use.

The incorrect address really bothers me, shouldn't your carrier be able to read??? Had a 70 dollar parcel get sent back because it took them like 2 weeks to give me the parcel slip. Worst excuse for a post office I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
R	Rachel Hunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ filed a complaint with customer service. looking to ask the sender for an appeal. i don’t pay $70 for a package for it to say it’s delivered and then it is not. i am not happy... they called me and said they would reach out to me soon and it would be delivered by the 26th, it’s now the 27th and my package is nowhere to be found.
S	Shelley Barrett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year our mail was held from us do to our driveway being to snowy? Yet we were the cleanest driveway on the block! Then this year I found my neighbors mail on the ground behind our car and our mail was in our other neighbors mail box from 2 months ago!!! I'd totally go with another mail carrier if one was available. Not at all happy!!!
S	Sammi Hayward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No phone number to contact, and the people online are terribly unhelpful. The Canada Post app says my items were delivered on a SUNDAY, which is impossible. It still hasn't showed up yet and there's no way to get ahold of anyone directly to deal with LLOYDMINSTER issues.
D	Darcy Notmister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't answer phone, won't deliver in rain, can't read address, carriers literally "drop" packages at the door and run. Would definitely use another service if one was available. They have you over a barrel once they have your letter/package. UPDATE 4/25/22 It's gotten worse. Won't even attempt delivery requiring signature. Apply false information to tracking to make it seem as though YOU OR THE SENDER failed to label/package correctly. In my opinion, Canada Post corporate should ship every single paycheck, for every single Canada post Administration employee through this office until it's solved. I REFUSE TO USE CANADA POST ON MY END. Would give negative stars if possible... Just, awful..

S	Scrub Center on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service EVER. They held my packages cause said my walkway wasn't cleared. My mailbox is under my car port. My driveway was cleared and shovelled and it was snowing the day I went and the man working was so rude and disrespectful. I told him it was 3 days before Christmas and I wanted my package, it was for my kids and probably the one from my mom, and I never had this problem with Amazon. He then told me if I didn't like how they ran things I could use someone else to send mail across Canada. ? The girl working said she would send someone to drive by and look at my driveway so I said ok I'll wait right here until she calls and the guy working said you gave the supervisor your number so you can leave...and if you don't I will call the RCMP and have you removed. Wow. I filed a complaint with Canada Post and am waiting for them to get back to me. * Updated: called Canada Post and they told me if I produced ID at the post office and my package was there they HAD to give it to me, they can't deny my mail to me if there to pick it up. I will be returning tomorrow.*
