★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to rate 0 if i can. Never ever recommend this store again. They don't like the people to do the refund, and they show it on their face. The reason for it is the Canada post won't let them send back the things they can't sell, then why should they do the refund for the customer. What a stupid reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a piece of tape to fix a tear in a letter, they said they don't have tape, but I could buy some at their convenience store which the post office is in. Poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having numerous negative encounters at this location, I would also rate it a zero if possible. One of the ladies employed there must despise working for Canada Post as she is absolutely miserable, unfriendly, and unwilling to be the slightest bit helpful with anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the lady whether the strike would impact 'priority service'. She said no and my package would be delivered next day for sure. However, my package which i paid priority fee has been getting stuck at Halifax for 2 weeks now.
The lady just wanted to have your money, and ignored your requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I figured I’d write a review to try and get the review’s up. I work nearby and have to run over here all the time. The lady who is working at the post office right now is so great! She gets me in and out in exceptional time! They are open until 4pm :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this location are rude and aggressive! Do not use this location if possible. I have flex delivery that was set up for a different location and asked the lady which I believe her name is Maricel, why my package may have been directed to this location when it addressed to a different location.
Not only did she interrupt me, but asked me if I got an email and proceeded to tell me that's all that mattered and if I had any concerns to call customer service.
What matters is that your package is sent to a correct address that is stated, and asking why should not be made into a big ordeal and you should not be attacked for it. She is unpleasant and rude. Just awful customer service! I would give a 0 if possible.

Updated JAN25-2022 : I visited there and they are not on service now because of staff shortage. You might call before you visit. :)
