a	anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great. Don't know what's up with all the bad reviews. It's a small store on a charming street, and both female employees I interacted were knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would not hesitate to go here again. Only caveat is no parking lot and metered parking. Better to walk, if possible. But I did find several parallel parking spots at 4:45pm.
P	Pita Fiora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady in charge here needs a refresher on how to behave as a human being let alone an employed postal worker.....She snaps at me and everyone around her every time I am in there (customers and other workers, its so toxic) One example is today I mailed a few express packets and as I was taking off the tab for the sticky part she yells at me and in a loud condescending tone" just the top part!" When I looked at the tab it really wouldn't matter at all what part I took off as the sticky tab is there to seal the envelope and no other purpose? She is so controlling that we now have to peel the tab SHE prefers? I know this location has had many complaints but yet they still allow her to continue on like this, maybe its time to film our public workers and document them on YouTube as this is disgusting behaviour and shouldn't be funded by tax payers dollars.
R	Roger Yao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T CHOOSE HERE FOR PASSPORT DELIVERY OR ANY GOVERNMENT SERVICES!!! My passport delivered to office on Monday and I got a flight out of the county on next day morning. So I came to pick up in the afternoon of Monday but the employee kept telling me that passport is not delivered because it is not shown on system. I asked one of the employee very politely to check the warehouse at back because system would be delayed sometimes. All of them just don't care, chatting and joking at each other!!! Until 1 hour later, one employee found my passport mail at warehouse. Obviously, employees here are not skilled at their work and have the terrible work ethnics regarding their customers.

I don’t know why she was so mad and impatient when I was just making some inquiries. She shouted at me and then went back to the inside office. Ridiculous! She is not even a reasonable person and I strongly recommend Canada post to fire her! Extremely bad experience!
O	Oliver L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm at this location 2-3 times a week picking up for an office at the po boxes and mailing occasionally. Speaking as a visibly queer and trans person, I have to say, the current staff are regularly friendly, non judgemental, and helpful - in my experience.
K	Katrina Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite possibly the nicest experience I’ve had in a post office. Went in to mail a return this week with my dog and the friendly folks behind the counter were so helpful. Kindly taped and labelled my box for me and sent it on its way.

It makes me sad because I love interacting with people and I am so cheerful when I walk in. Hopefully I can brighten up their day eventually, but until then... a very well deserved 1 star.

I needed to send some dried/processed food to Ontario. The guy (my bad for not asking for his name) was extremely helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best option.
