★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its kept clean, I Just started using it July 2017. I didn't get my hydro Bill for three months, when I got it finally, I told them and they fixed it by confirming my name with address and add my mail box number. Now I'll get my bills on time!!! Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies who work there are amazing they were both so quick and always nice and respectful but the man who works there is quite rude i had 3 packages going to the states and then a line up started behind me which you can expect it's part of business i work in a store myself theres nothing you can do but serve your customers and smile. He kept shaking his head and made me feel like i was a pain in the butt and i also had my discount card out the entire time. He gave me my total at the end so I handed him my discount card well he looked at me like are you serious he says I wish you gave that to me first I said I had it out before we even started. He shook his head and huffed so I said dont worry about it then and paid then he again says you should have given me that before and gave me my receipt. The kind lady steps in and staples my recipets together and apologized. Thankyou to the ladies who work their butt off and may be in a pinch but still treat their customers amazing. But after that experience I will never go back to that post office what a terrible feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved back to Bancroft from living in Toronto for 20 years, Canada post missed delivery at my residential address and when i phoned (which I assumed would be in vein) to request a pickup from the outlet or local retail center, not only did the staff take the time to locate my item they even offered to accommodate me at the back door if I couldn’t make it before they officially closed, absolutely unheard of in the city, great service guys, very impressed and pleased with everyone involved.
