Je vais ailleurs après plusieurs mauvaises expériences. Worse service every time with Serge, he makes us feel as if we were not welcome, everyone in the line was uncomfortable with his attitude. I go elsewhere after several bad experiences.

Par exemple un seul colis par personne, j'en avais deux et j'ai du repasser 1h plus tard, pas le droit de poster une lettre si ce n'est pas le bureau de poste mon quartier alors que j'habite à deux rues. Il est impatient, stressé, innefficace et donne un très mauvais service. Je prend ma voiture, et je vais ailleurs afin de passer une meilleure journée. Very bad service with Serge, he invents regulations that are not written anywhere and that no other employee knows. For example only one package per person, I had two and I had to go back 1 hour later, not allowed to post a letter if it is not the post office in my neighborhood when I live two streets away . He is impatient, stressed, inefficient and gives a terrible service. I take my car, and I go elsewhere to have a better day.

Pas mal ce service mais c’est première fois que j’étais ici et trouve qu’un employé un peu paresseuse de répondre ma question sur mes colis..j’espère que c’est normal comme ça.. Hello ! Not bad this service but it is the first time that I was here and found that a slightly lazy employee to answer my question on my parcels .. I hope it is normal like that ..

Your quick mailing stop on the go. Clean with respected instructions and nice informed staff. Some days are busier than others so planned ahead or be armed with patience. New rules on US customs of outgoing mail there, need to fill out electronic custom form online (phone preferably). There’s a code QR on site to help. Take notes that depending on the day, staff is not too eager to be working. One is friendly, another one is moody and one is new although all competent.
