K	Krystine Hamre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I call or go to the post office in Salmon Arm. The ladies there are never friendly and they get angry when you ask questions or make a little mistake. This has happened to me like 3 or 4 times.

So much so that I take my business to Gail in Canoe when I can as she is amazing and friendly. (Not to mention I get my shipments in and out faster in Canoe). Glad to see the newer gents in Salmon Arm are helpful and actually have a smile on their faces.

This has been an ongoing issue for the last year. It's very frustrating when I sit there for 2 hours calling with no one picking up but when I go in they are up front at the counter and right by the phone.
E	Elaine Lavery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a parcel in the box that is for large parcels and I couldn’t get it out. The box was bigger than the mailbox for parcels. I guess when he opened the door to all the mail boxes, he put my parcel in the big mailbox area but then when I unlocked it, the parcel wouldn’t come out. I stood there for 30 minutes and finally someone came and cut my parcel so I could pull it out. I’m a disabled senior and I was freezing cold trying to get my parcel out. The boxes aren’t big enough to put parcels into them. Please fix this problem. Thank you.
