Canada Post

Absolutely rude man, not sure how he keeps this business open! I’ve been trying to open a tangerine account for almost a month now and everytime I go in something’s wrong and he gets annoyed. So thank you sir for the not one- but FOUR unnecessary panic attacks. Do NOT go here!

Zero stars. The service I received from the gentleman was so fast that he didn’t give me a tracking number or anything. Spent 14$ for express shipping, just for him to be curt and rude. Then, when the package got returned, I got no phone call, no heads up, when I did finally call looking for my package it was gone. Inside was private information (criminal record check, photocopies of my birth certificate etc) knowing that this information is just lost somewhere knowing anyone can get it is really not cool. And very uncomfortable, I will not being dealing with Canada Post again as this is just my last straw. If something gets returned you should be calling the number on the package or just returning it in general. Not sending me on a goose hunt.

I live on the north shore, however, i would rather waste my gas and time before stepping foot in this Canada post door EVER again. I have been there twice, because i believe in giving every one/place/thing a second chance, but my experience the second time FAR surpassed in rudeness than even my first visit. Upon ebetting with a c.o.d package, the man behind the counter informed me that the way it works is that I am to pay for the package up front, and upon receivership of payment by Canada Post on the other end, then they release the package to the receiver, and send me a money order. Upon simply enquiring " since when did that start?" And stating that I recall sending a package out c.o.d at Christmas" and before being allowed to finish my sentence with "but maybe that was the bus." The worker went off on me, not only talking down to me as if I have lived under a rock, that i was stupid.He kept going on, and on, and on. I finally just said" I'm not gonna argue with you, can u at least weigh it so i know how much it will cost." The whole time he took doing that, he even wanted to BET ME! He would pay me $1000.00 if I could prove that I had sent a Canada post parcel C.o.d just this past Christmas! It was just NOT professional behaviour at all. The one other gentleman standing behind me had the look on his face that he COULDNT quite believe the exchange that had just taken place. So, ( and i shouldnt have, i just couldnt resist) I said to the waiting gentleman on.my way out ( looks like he will have to pay me $2000.00, i SENT 2 packages.) He smiled and just shook his head. I could STILL hear the worker guy behind the counter going on, and on about it TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER. My review of the Canads Post in the North Hills mall on tje North Shore is LESS than ONE star, but maybe NOT all of them are as rude as that guy, unfortunately I wouldn't know, ive had just his serve me BOTH times, and I'm NOT about to get into out FIRST ENCOUNTER.

Zero CX service at all at this location, the man didn't even pretend to care. Cut me off and simply pointed at the desk phone with the Canada post 1800 number. Of course I waited on hold for nearly a half hour and the Canada post CX line was no more useful. Couldn't even confirm the mailing address of the tracking number I was given for my shipment.

Such a sad experience here today. The man working there yelled at an elderly lady who had accidentally ran into a display with her electric scooter, causing very minimal damage (if any). Very disrespectful and rude to the poor lady who was obviously very embarrassed and sorry.

Incredibly fast service despite the additional requirements to stay open. If you look past the long lineups and piles of boxes, you might notice, its only 10 minutes in and out! They’re appropriately staffed to handle the extra flow of traffic. Friendly as always!

Charged 2.25 to print my Canadapost label . That’s ridiculous!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff. 'Sam' was wearing his mask below his chin. I asked him to put his mask on while he is handling my parcel and while talking to me. He looked me dead in the eye and only pulled it as far as below his nose. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. He said go right ahead and pulled his mask back down below his chin.
